By booking or participating in a tour, or purchasing any related service through www.tourguideramsesxii.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Payment Policy
I accept secure online payments by Visa, Mastercard, direct bank transfer, and payment link.
A 3.5% bank processing charge applies to all payments.
A booking is considered confirmed only once the required payment has been received.
Certain services, including hotel bookings, flight tickets, VIP experiences, and Exclusive Access, may require full payment in advance. These services are subject to their own cancellation and refund terms, which will be explained before the booking is confirmed.
Tour Bookings and Prices
My standard service includes the guide, transportation, and any applicable permissions included in the agreed tour.
The itinerary can be customized according to your interests and priorities, with my professional advice.
All-inclusive arrangements can also be provided upon request and will be included in the final agreed price.
Prices and services are confirmed at the time of booking.
If, due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict, I am unable to personally conduct a confirmed tour, I will either offer a full refund or, with your approval, arrange a qualified Egyptologist guide with comparable professional qualifications and experience.
Standard Extra Hours Rate
An additional fee of $25 USD per hour applies for any extra hours beyond the tour duration specified in your itinerary.
Additional Guests
All tours have a standard number of guests included in the listed price. Any additional guest beyond the standard number is charged at $25 USD per person.
Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
All cancellations must be made by contacting me directly by email at Ramses@ramsesxii.com or WhatsApp/Viber at +201010014517.
Normal Season: May 1 through October 31
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking, with a minimum deposit of $100. Once received, your date is reserved exclusively for you and I decline other requests for that date.
The remaining balance is due 15 days before the tour date and becomes non-refundable once paid.
If you cancel at least 15 days before the tour date, 75% of the total tour cost will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour are non-refundable.
Peak Season: November 1 through April 30
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking, with a minimum deposit of $100.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour date and becomes non-refundable once paid.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour date are non-refundable.
Premium and Special Services
Exclusive Access permits, skip-the-line services or tickets, VIP upgrades, and similar premium services are non-refundable once booked or purchased.
Services that have separate booking, cancellation, or refund conditions will be subject to those specific terms, which will be provided before confirmation.
